The Clarksville Networking Group’s primary goal has been to help business owners and professionals meet, develop relationships, and obtain new business leads. While this is the primary goal of the Group, it isn’t the only area where CNG can help businesses and professionals.
Many of the members in CNG are really good at what they do, be it cleaning your home’s carpeting and flooring, to helping you get a great gift for your spouse, to providing bookkeeping & tax preparation services. Still others can provide great advertising services and products, or even set your company up with credit card processing. But we all need some help at some point in the running of our companies. Therefore, the Group is also focusing on educating the members on administrative areas such as employees and payroll, compliance with local, state, and federal laws, and other managerial aspects.
This isn’t going to be the dry, boring kind of education, but rather taken from the experiences of the various members to help other members overcome their obstacles to greater success. Together, the members of this group have a large amount of experience which can help the other members become more profitable, better organized, and ready to take on more challenges.
So if your company is interested in gaining clients, experience, and revenues contact any of the members, or better yet, stop on by on the first or third Tuesday of each month at the Regency Apartments on Madison Street across from Auto Zone. You can also find more information on our website www.clarksvillenetworkinggroup.net. Hope to see you at the next meeting!
Elaine has been involved with Mary Kay Cosmetics for over 13 years. She is a sales director and has won numerous awards. Her presentation today covered potential gifts for the holidays. Elaine also gave us her goals and plans for the next year and how we could help her achieve them.

The theme for this event was Football. Members were encouraged to wear their favorite team jerseys and clothing. Maybe Teams both pro and college were represented. The festivities also included activities that would make any “tailgate party” proud. There was Corn Hole, Football throw, hot dogs, chicken wings and of course cold beverages.
